Hi all,We (are still newbies) manage a small retail center in Cypress, TX. 

Also our jobs are mainly logistics jobs like having FedEx, Nike, and lots of Amazon distribution centers located here.

The tallest is One World Trade Center in New York City.

.- Two are one story, and are 800 sq. ft- Two are two stories, about 1300 sq. ftThe area is in North Tucson, about 2 miles from the University of Arizona, and a half mile from the University Medical Center.

Basically, I am looking different options for doing a short term rental in an area that I think is ideal for this business climate (away from urban centers in more outdoors vacation type of area) and I'm thinking of possibly buying a primary residence for this and renting it out some of the time when I'm away. 

I would encourage you to look into some of the suburbs around Austin (30ish min from the city center).

I refinanced the property for an additional $30k to build onto the fitness center, shop, and retail space.

Good traffic flow in the shopping center I'm in everything with the wash is coming together nicely the problem is I live in Waycross Georgia which is about an hour and a half away.
