Sioux Falls buyer agents and bankers for owner occupied property

Alex Davidyuk

Hey all fellow SuFu’ers!

I’m Alex and I’m looking to get into my first property as an investment (and potentially residence). Is there anyone on here that would like to connect and collaborate on a deal? Specifically I’m looking for:

A knowledgable buyers agent (or reference) who’s familiar with the market and that can partner in finding a deal

A knowledgable mortgage banker (or reference) who can partner with me and help me navigate my financing options as a first time property buyer and looking to get an owner occupied property.

Other questions:

Insurance: What’s everyone’s experience getting insurance for their owner occupied property? I hear it can get weird since it’s a rental and a residence at the same time. Any recommendations on insurances agents/companies?

Looking forward to meet some of you from what seems like a great community!

Alex
