We are close to pulling the trigger on some marketing, just want to aim the bullet in the general direction of our target.

With the way the building is structured the sun light couldn't hit the the lights so it never got the energy source it needed, didn't know this would happen until after I installed.

Our energy is better focused on scaling our rehabbing business and providing value to our investor clients as real estate agents in the area.In the long run the approach you are taking will pay off, but in the moment it is tough to see.

In the letter, I wrote four bullet-points, listing (1) Good Investment, (2) Better Location, (3) Safer for Children (4) Rental Income. 

(That said, be sure to find as much out as you can on your own, such as searching the BP forums, before you ask others for help - so you can show you made an effort to answer it on your own first, and so you can ask a more intelligent question when you ask for their time.)I hope this helps, congratulations on getting started (and dodging the expensive seminar/coaching bullet!).

I would also advise to get on the podcasts and look up all the MFR podcasts (especially the ones from Grant Cardone) because his energy will inspire and give you reasoning behind MFR's and what you need to do to be successful.

Always check with local municipalities on energy codes as well.
