Hello all, I'm brand new to the world of real estate investing and can't say enough about the biggerpockets community.

I am brand new to REI.

I did not include:( Hopefully, I can get through the first year with minimal costs in that area because all appliances, carpet, hot water heater etc are brand new.

I've painted paneling the same color as the other walls, without spackling, which tends to come loose.Also have removed paneling and if walls ok or needed a little patching, then paint.Or if walls are real bad then you can add 1/4 inch drywall, its about the same thickness as the old removed paneling and makes the walls look brand new and has the backing of the old plaster underneath.

The owner says the roof was brand new replaced for about $15,000 in 2007/2008.

I've put these in before, and they're designed for all of the water to drain into the tub.

But let's say the state is designating a highway as a new link in the interstate highway system.

I'm looking at having someone design me a website for people in my local area to list the properties they are trying to rent out on.

@Travis Daggett to clarify: I'm viewing about twenty or so properties, all of which fit a specific business plan, but the final say on which property we choose is based on my contractor/designer.

The Braves said c-ya we will move elsewhere and inject capital where we do not put in all the money and get a brand new product.
