CoStar is only as reliable as the data that is put in....a decent rule of thumb/guideline, but I would not bet my life on their data, particularly in thinly traded markets.

I locked myself in for 80 hours to study and also invested in an online state exam simulator which was timed and allowed you up to 3 hours (just like our state exam) to be tested on math and others topics.Like anything else in life, it requires dedication and discipline.

Because I hopped a plane just a couple days after high school graduation, I basically have no idea how to do adult life in the USA... so clearly the thing to do in this situation is get involved in real estate investing, ha!

An attorney I personally know was involved in a real estate transaction and he just went too far, he was in his 50's and he'll be in federal prison for the rest of his life, in fact I heard rumor that he didn't survive.We have two other national profile attorneys giving classes on "systems" mostly very good, but neither one are totally correct in the financial arena.
