@Brayan Ocho I am always cautious about a 1/1 as a rental property, outside of if it is located near a hospital, college, university, theme park or in an area that has a lot of bars and restaurants.

I can remember being in Quixote's bar (it's been moved a few times since) and the owner would climb on the roof and dump confetti in the ventilation system to rain down on all the patrons.

@Radley Estrada I used to have medication that had to be refrigerated, but I also knew that if I was on a long flight, I would put a freezer bar in a package with my shots.

I set my bar 200 below zillow and rentometer, I do not know what other sites to use to check rent rates.I submitted my proposal back to the seller to get about 400 per house, I eventually want to settle out at 300 per house and I think I will pull the trigger if the inspections come back ok.
