The one with all the junk in the back yard!

My husband and I bought a small home (685 sq ft) in Hawaii in Sep 2017, on a big property (8200 sq ft) with hopes to build a new house in the backyard.

My money doesn't get to sit lazing around the pool all day in a CD or frivolously spent. 

Dusk to dawn on traffic area( front yard) and entry points. and Motion sensors on non-traffic (backyard and between houses where there is no door/driveway).In case the wires in steel so they can't be cut easily. 

I'm in due diligence on a mobile home park in a small town where economy is largely driven by agriculture.  The mobile home park community is largely immigrant to work the agricultural jobs.  Would love to hear though...

In 2006, I put my primary residence into the rental pool for our HOA knowing that they were only going to allow 15% rentals in the neighborhood.

And your buyer pool is smaller on the back end.

My company is looking to purchase a pool of first position NPLs in various states in the U.S.

Unfortunately while I was there, My supervisor's car was stolen in broad daylight, a naked lady on drugs ran through the property and jumped into the pool to cool off and  homeless people often used the entryway potted plants to relieve themselves.As you may have guessed, I decided against buying the house a few blocks away.This multi unit property was toted as a luxury building.

If your backyard doesn't work, find another back yard.
