Then get it tested - if you're not wanting to drop the couple hundred bucks, you can buy a simple meth test on Amazon for about $10 (not the most accurate, but I've used it and it corroborated professional results).

I know of a few but only in select states.The 80% LTV you mentioned is pretty accurate for a few lenders and they can do it nationwide.
