Have you ran a search in the actual GLVAR Matrix MLS, either yourself (if you have access) or had an agent/broker search for you?

So on some of my deals we did were i was going to say bust a 40 into 4  10s  were the buildiong pads were and the access roads we would try to push over the tree's so the root ball popped up instead of trying to dig those suckers up. 

You'll pay more up front for this type of service, but generally save considerably over time and have access to much higher quality of service and meaningful advice if you choose a quality provider.

Since I have the opportunity to remove a big portion of the ceiling drywalls directly below the 2 baths to fix the water damage anyway, it should help the plumber to access the pipe when the ceiling is open. 

Please do not take this statement as being incentive, but I travel a lot and sometimes Marriott will put me in a handicap accessible room and I would prefer a regular room because the bathrooms are too big.

We have a lake house so people come for the access and the view from the 2 decks.

You can ask a realtor to help you out on those searches as they have access to geo warehouse.

Would a renter pay up for internet and or clubhouse access included?

Being based in San Francisco/ East Bay, we also like the proximity for us in that we can easily access our properties and meet w/ agents, property managers, and contractors.
