I have read articles, listened to a couple podcasts, and watched a few YouTube videos, but that’s about it.

@Moaaz MalikI think there are a lot of factors that go into this, to start I would do the following:1) search for "analyzing real estate deals" on youtube, bigger pockets channels has many videos on deal analysis 2) find a target market, again, Youtube or Google is your friend here.

Step 1: Call your local city and county planning division and ask them about their regulations for short-term rentals/airbnb.Step 2: Use the ENEMY method (on youtube) to determine competition and price and quality of unit you'd need to build.

Go to a real estate club called FIBI (For Investors By Investors) if there is one in your area, or watch their videos on youtube.

We will be house-hacking a 2-unit multifamily property.As much as overwhelming it is, we are absorbing all the information coming our way from BG forums to podcasts, books to YouTube videos.
