I’m currently searching for deals in my area. Im finding quite a few deals but I have no contract to put it on it still learn on how to create one and I had a template one but it wasn’t right for the deal! I’m just looking for a good contract that I could use to start off my journey into wholesaling !

@Vincent Aguilar You don’t want to be calling yourself a Broker. If you think you’re thinking you’re finding a bunch of “deals”, you’re likely off on your numbers or your definition of a “deal”.
