Hey BP fam, Me and my partner recently developed our plans to get into the real estate industry and start investing into fix and flip projects. We are located in the orlando area and were hoping to gain some advice to get started. We've established our LLC and a hard money lender but we are stuck trying to fund the other 15% of the purchase cost. Any information is greatly appreciated Thank you!
