I know ones that do Vegas for a multitude of reasons.

My family then relocated to Las Vegas, NV where I attended middle/high school. 

After my research the good places to invest are: Nashville, Las Vegas, Dallas and Atlanta.

Nothing sadder then seeing a working girl pack up her 100k Mercedes she paid cash for and head back to Vegas.
