best places to invest in single family home in usa?

Hello,

I would like to invest in rental single family home . After my research the good places to invest are: Nashville, Las Vegas, Dallas and Atlanta. I selected this cities based on population growth, income per habitant,price-to-rent ratio, affordability and possibility to turn it into AirBNB...Please could someone tell me which place is the best?
