Just Moved to 702. I Want Friends! Groups! & Answers To A Few Q's

Hello money makers,

I am an investor who just moved to Las Vegas from Tucson, AZ. I am brand new to this city and hardly know anything about it. 
I'd appreciate it if any capable individuals would like to answer any of the following questions:

Title agent - I'd like recommendations for a knowledgable, trustworthy title agent that is not a backstabber and will not screw anything up. Having the best title agent is extremely important to me.

MLS site - In Tucson, I used http://tarmls.com for my MLS searching needs. I'd like to know what site some of you local investors use here in Vegas.

Networking/Friends/REI groups - Lastly, I'd very much like to network with others and build relationships. If there are any groups or people here that are not going to try to sell me $30,000 videos on "how to become a trillionaire through real estate", please do reply! You don't have to be an experienced investor!
