With loss mitigation reps, you need a loan number and authorization for the borrwer to even be able to get a call back.If you do what I say, work locally and build contacts, and follow-up periodically with the aforementioned you will be surprised what your able to accomplish.

I'm in Maine and ServiceLink is somewhere else, out of state.The word I'm getting from ServiceLink reps is that they tried calling the number on the previous policy which is for Wachovia, but are getting no where with that (Wachovia bought by Wells Fargo = dead end, seemingly), and then there is a company called GreenLink involved (prior lender) and is not reachable (busy signal) by phone.

I'm not sure if that's a joke or if that's serious...Just in case it's serious, the only "death panels" I currently know about are the panels of people that private insurance companies have who determine what treatments will be approved and which treatments will not be approved, independent (and often in contradiction) to what the doctors recommend.This is why health care reform is so important -- those who have a conflict of interest when it comes to life/death decisions shouldn't be involved in the decisions in the first place.
