Rookie Rehab Flipper
Where to start?
I spent some time learning how to wholesale and during the process I decided to focus on actual rehabs. Im from CA (Los Angeles) and the property value out here is way too high for the funds I have available (60-70K)
Was thinking of doing a virtual rehab flip in cities with low property values such as Denver, Indianapolis, Memphis, etc. Has anyone had any success doing a virtual rehab flip?
I was thinking of maybe getting my feet wet in those markets, raise some $$ and bring the business back to LA which is where I eventually want to conduct my rehabs.
Share any stories or thoughts!
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance!!

I would stick to local rehabs because rehabbing out of your own area will be much more difficult then rehabbing in your area especially to newbie rehabbers. I would stick to local rehabs to gain experience before going abroad.
