Remember these house/buildings where build long ago with a different set of housing codes that doesn't apply today which means you will have problems in the future.The foundation is what holds your house level., the earth/ground moves every so often in years.

My two criteria I used for absentee lists were (1) Age 50+, owned 10+ years, (2) owned 15+ yearsMail to different lists such as probates, code violations, etc You should not just rely on direct mail as your source of leads.
