Everybody needs to live somewhere---you can't live in a mutual fund...Real estate will always be in demand regardless of the market circumstances...God stop making land on the 7th day (unless you live near a volcano)---you can't build a house on top of your IRA...Real Estate will benefit from diminished availability (supply) as our population expands due to natural reproduction and immigrant inflex.My vote is---well, it's pretty obvious...Regards,Scott Miller

I have to be creative like I never have been...I have to approach strangers out of the blue to get the information I need to move forward, to pursue properties that a lot of the time are a waste of my time...but that is the nature of what I do.
