As soon as you go to rent it, it's all of the sudden an unsafe structure that needs to be inspected.I would like to see a class action lawsuit against all of these citites that require inspections and have them come to an end. they are un-American, a violation of the landlord's property rights, a violation of the tenant's Fourth Amendement rights, and an overall waste of money.

We've taught them to step in for someone that is getting bullied, but I can imagine it's a scary thing to do, but apparently works very well.I don't think the little kid's parents have a leg to stand on in a law suit.
