Bully Gets Owned!!

I believe this took place in Australia. The rumor is that Casey the bigger kid got suspend for 4 days for defending himself. The bully supposedly got suspend for a month and his parents are now suing Casey's parents for medical bills. Allegedly the bully suffered a dislocated knee from being power slammed into the concrete. I think the little punk got what was coming to him. This video will now forever haunt this bully!

What is the right answer for this situation? I hate the fact that violence is needed to send a message. If that bully would have been suspended without getting slammed he would just brag about with his little gang and laugh about it. Not to mention he would probably continue harassing Casey and others. Sadly I feel Casey's actions in this situation is the only deterrent in stopping bullies.
