The cheep stuff is a pain to install, locking edges break, and does not last.Get the brands that wave water resistance otherwise every spill or pet pee will bubble the seams.

It is a lot more work, all of our guests have been great so far and no major messes, but that can always change.We are pretty much fully booked for the summer because we started with low rates and have a 1 night minimum, which I'm not sure if I would continue or not, back to back one nighters can be a pain.

Other times there may be balloons involved (I had a seller-financed triplex owned by a trust that was expiring) or higher rate mortgages exist but refinancing isn't worth the $3500 or the pain.
