I'm looking for rental house flooring recommendations

I'm in the process of beginning to go away from carpeting rentals. Switching to wood flooring of sorts. Could be hardwood, engineered, laminate. I don't mind paying extra for products that will last a long time. But I'm also interested in easy to install, maintain, and refurbish if necessary.

I'm open to ANY ideas on wood or wood like products.

What do you like, what are you using?

Thanks

Consider TrafficMaster Allure vinyl plank (from Home Depot).  We've not yet used the "click" variety; just the kind with a glue strip on the edge.  It's a floating floor; easy to put down.  Many tenants believe this is real wood.  25 year warranty.  We've used this in kitchens and bathrooms in addition to other rooms.
