I love landscaping and I feel real estate investing can work well in my slower winter months or weekends during the summer.I'm now focusing on finding my first rehab project in the Calgary Alberta Canada area.

Check with organizations for fund raising areas, BBQ gigs, car.motorcycle shows, bake sales, boy/girl scout mini jamboree setting up displays for a week end, chili cook-off, small art displays by local artists do well.

So I went on about life, I started saving money while living at home, and Christmas money was great at work , I decided that 2014, I would change my financial life around.

so i am trying to learn how to negotiate since i have never done RE before . all i have done is read a bunch of books and attend a RDPD seminar this weekend...anywayswhen i asked how to negoitate everyone said to solve their problemshow do i solve their problems wholesaling though?

, it should be finished this weekend, new appliances coming in, touch up paint, install new counters, and ready to move, I picked a group of 3 guys (2 lawyers), I was asking for first,last, 1.5 security deposit but they said first and security deposit and I gave in b/c their references panned out.
