I used to live in Vegas!

Im live in Las Vegas and in the process of looking for private money lenders.

My business partner and I have already started doing research to assess deals in the Las Vegas area and we believe we will find ourselves at a point soon of needing lenders- hard and private money.

Hi, my wife and I have been looking at several properties in the Las Vegas Valley.

In Las Vegas we are having multiple offer situations on REOs.

And sometimes when things change that quickly the result is that deals for wholesaling and flipping dry up (such as some areas of TX and Las Vegas which were very hot within the last few years).

I have run into a few.. just last week in Vegas ran into a guy running on an assumed name.. and he is posting right now on this site.. and if you google him its a trainwreck LOL.also meet great people on BP.. but I am coming to the conclusion I want folks to be licensed professionals if I am going to fund them..

As a lifelong hotelier in Las Vegas and Sonoma Wine Country, I agree with @John Wijtenburg's assessments. 

I just found my new niche in Vegas!!!!!
