A Surreptitious Entrance From Las Vegas, NV

Hello everybody!

I've always wanted to use that word ever since I learned it in high school. Was surreptitious part of anybody else's weekly vocabulary words? Although I've completely misused it, I can humor myself now that I have finally used it. Ha!

I was told about this resourceful site from another member who I work with and am excited to join it. I have a degree and work experience in engineering and have spent the last 5 years helping clients with retirement and financial planning.  I'm diving into real estate investing to create another stream of income.

My business partner and I have already started doing research to assess deals in the Las Vegas area and we believe we will find ourselves at a point soon of needing lenders- hard and private money.  Wondering if anyone can make any recommendations for those that lend in Nevada.  Thanks so much!
