It is the biggest labor saving device I have.

Like many have echoed there are some good apples and a few bad unfortunately...

I use it for everything from compiling every tweet I favorite into a google sheet, to controlling lights and other smart devices in my house.

Ringless voicemail is also what it is - just a voicemail so the two aren’t apples to apples.  

Do inspectors in your area not use the same devices?

You need to device a system where you interview them first and then place them into a category.

Phone number (even if it’s a tracking phone number), Company name, your name if it’s on there, etc. and your website should rank well for all of those things, be amazing on mobile devices, and be set up to build credibility and convert the searcher into a lead at a high rate.

That's like buying Apple stock and calling yourself a market expert.That really depends on when you purchased Apple stock ... when it was $22/share, folks had the same opinion of it as you hear about sub-30K houses/pigs.

In closing, I will say for those that have an iPhone(I can't speak for Android users because I don't own an Android device), if you aren't currently happy with the new app, you might want to try just opening the bp website right on your phone in any browser.
