Was wondering about anyone attending Dave Lindahl's boot camp and results from the training.

I realize this is an old thread, but if its like other forums I post on, the threads live on and provide wonderful information for people searching for info in the future.

I have spoken to my sister who has her license and another investor and they both tell me i have a good oppurtunity to do well. my problem is i have no credit and i am wondering what would be the best way to start building it.

I was just wondering if anyone had any good costume ideas?

I have access to the MLS system in my town because my sister works as a secretary for an appraiser, and i was wondering if anyone could teach me how to do comps?

I see vacant land all the time for sale and I was wondering how would someone know if its a good deal to buy in a paticular area and make a killing within a few years?

No wonder I got so much less when we tried to rent out this year
