The idea of investing in real estate had never come to mind to me until one of my family memebers had passed away and i inherited some money. I have spoken to my sister who has her license and another investor and they both tell me i have a good oppurtunity to do well. my problem is i have no credit and i am wondering what would be the best way to start building it. I am intersted in doing foreclosures and maybe being a landlord. So basically i have a few contacts that can help me out, please give me any advice to some things i could do to get the ball rolling
