I view my insurance as being for catastrophic loss.

U kind of have to own one and drive it a while to understand how efficient they are.and now with social distancing its nice to get a full tank of juice in my garage for 2 dollars :)  

Send a thank you note hand written.. so when you do call they know its U might take a few years but you will be surprised once you fill your lead pipeline.

I think the laundry room is in a good location with what Eric suggested, picture below as for the kitchen window I might keep the sink where it's at since it has a window with a really nice view to the outside and just put the stove on the Island, this is the current layout

What I do know is don’t underestimate the value of caring and don’t view it as a weakness.
