Partnering while owning an LLC

I own an LLC that I plan to buy real estate through so that I can rent out properties. I have a deal on the table for two properties but it's a partnership deal. How do I go about making this deal with a partner yet owning an LLC? Can you own half of a property through a LLC? I am not sure how this works and I have a few days to return an answer on what I want to do. I thank you for any help you can provide.
