Well, age is just a number.as long as you have the  passion to learn real estate investments and how they work differently in generating cash flows,you shall have no issues excelling in your real estate endeavors . i'd read this book  The Ultimate Beginner’s GuideTO REAL ESTATE INVESTING before i read other content and videos out here Good Luck !!!

Hello everyone,  I 've come across few youtube video that teaches people how to use a business credit card to cover the downpayment, soft cost, and etc... 

Software has full project management capabilities -- I do the scheduling for each project on it, daily logs are included, estimates, budget reports, all photos/videos. 

Since then throughout the remainder of college I began to dabble and read around the BP forums, listened to a few podcasts, watched some youtube videos etc.I'm interested in rental properties, and think I have a good network in Abilene (where I went to school) to be able to have a steady flow of renters to the students and as a bonus, the real estate there is fairly inexpensive so seems like a good place for a beginner.

When buying a home many inspectors that I came across inspect almost everything except camera inspect main sewer lines. 

You would hook the NVR and the cameras up to that meter.

I wouldn’t pay them a dime and I’d make their life HELL (all legally of course).For starters, I would install security cameras everywhere.
