Thus, in my opinion the main reason to buy is for the CF, but there are others:RE is the only investment vehicle I know of that benefits from Leverage, meaning that we can control $100,000 with a down-payment of $30,000, or $20,000, or $5,000, or even $0 if we are very creative (welcome to my life :).RE is an inefficient market, meaning that we can negotiate deals that are infinitely better than the market-established value.

The population is increasing and that will mean higher unemployment and higher unemployment will mean higher spending on social programs and less spending on infrastructure and activities that result in economic development.However, it could also have a positive impact on the US real estate as Chinese economy becomes unstable, Chinese people will look to invest in US for more security and real estate is one investment vehicle that Chinese people understand and love.In fact, I am working with some Chinese investors that are looking to invest in my local market to get more secure and stable returns than the volatile returns they get in China.

When the drive up to my office I look to see what kind of vehicle they are driving (are the living within their means, or they trying to scam the section 8 program),  look to see if they have kids are they buckled in, and do they seem to have control of their kids.

Some things are explicit in the lease,  parking only 2 registered vehicles and others are things that are more general  in the terms of the lease where you don't think you should have to spell it out for people.
