Look for the upper half of that middle segement!

Fixer Uppers that need a great deal of work may not qualify.

I am starting to see a pretty big gap between middle income people and upper middle/ rich people who can afford to buy houses pay property tax etc... landlords get screwed due to the property tax increases though, but you gain lot of equity due to price appreciation.

They need to close all the vents to all the upstairs room, so that all the heat it forced to the downstairs, then heat will rise, and warm the upper rooms.

There is a handy search bar in the upper right that makes it easy to find previous discussions, blogs, podcasts, and other resources.

The costs to get into and out of real estate can be significant and not worthwhile if you aren’t buying a fixer upper and collecting a profit on sweat equity every 2 years with free owner occupant capital gains.Good luck.
