I have structured a unique house hack... and its working out pretty well, I think.Closed on my first duplex (Up/Down - 2bed-1 bath each) 2 months ago that needs updates and repairs badly.

I believe it aggregates data from several sites like Craigslist and apartments.com, and plots them together on a map (which is commonplace now, but was unique 5 years ago!).

Aside from that, what drives me nutz is the 40+ pic listings with the artsy-fartsy close-ups of things like the fruit-bowl on the stagged table, or some random decoration.......

If you have seasonal or other unique, property specific tasks that you want performed, this should have been discussed during the interview and hiring process with the PM.
