I found this property it’s a double wide trailer 3 beds 2 bath and 5 acres, needs a little bit of tlc,Owners still live in the house, I got them to as low as $63,000 and can’t get them any lower, property’s around that area with the same description sold for 20 to 40 thousand, they didn’t have the same acreage tho, should I proceed with this deal?

@Cole Oraham TAMU has announced a hybrid model but I worry about all the international students that will have travel restrictions, or parents that won't allow students to return, or even worse sick professors (generally older and at much higher risk).

A few options;- Take the leap and buy something you don't love, just to get into the market- Continue renting in current city, and purchase in cheaper community (would mean about 3-4 hours travel to get there)The biggest concern is maxxing out on the over-priced city, would then limit any future property purchases.Anywho, any advice or help for this newb would be great!
