Still, being on a bus route with all that traffic isn't something you can really mitigate.I'd have your agent drill down deep on comps. 

What is happening now is that showing traffic is down about 45%, people are doing virtual showings, listings are being postponed until after CV and the cashual buyers have stopped browsing.

The foot traffic is amazing.

Big Bear gets more traffic, rents every weekend at a higher rental rate and Crestline is popular in the summer but on average is rented 3 out of 4 weekends in a month.

I get a lot more traffic for the 1/1s.

Along with routes from say Denver to KC  across Texas etc etc Routes with long hauls and no population or cross traffic.

If this were to be your end goal with the marketing, then my conversion rate id over 60%.My website does a FAR better job converting traffic into a led than any mailer does.So then WHY are people still spending $3K $5K $12K for a 3% conversion?

I'm using a web form and online ads to drive traffic.

The trick here is not to really please your traffic, but please people that have other sites that benefit from your content.

Would a website for leads traffic be worth the expense?
