When I first moved to the Destin/FWB area we had very delineated seasons regarding tourism; those lines seem to have blurred some and we are very nearly always busy now. 

There is a ton of international tourism so I suspect appreciation rates will be stronger than the local Edmonton and Calgary markets.

This course does not provide you with enough value to start your own facility without more knowledge.

The beach is nearby, there's 3 colleges all nearby and lots of hospitals and medical facilities.

- If you're all in on STR, look at cities that have really friendly/strong tourism with little possibility they'll change (Destin, FL)
