I have no credit to get a loan but I do have some capital to work with (money), but I think I shouldn’t mention that I feel like some might just try to take advantage knowing I’m not very experienced, but unfortunately at the same at this point in my career I feel like thats the only thing I can bring to table.

Hello everyone, In August 2018, I became a dual-career professional as I became licensed agent in VA. 

That’s the only thing I can pretty much bring to the table a this point in my career, but I just don’t want to go to someone and say hey I have some money you want to work with me.

I've seen new investors who have a great career with a high pay wanting to learn how to do BRRRR by themselves.

My husband and i are trying to leave our careers in the next two years to "retire" early.

I started my career in the logistics corporate world... but for as long as I can remember I have watched real estate, analyzed deals, and admired other people's forced appreciation. 

Perhaps take a small step back in my chef career and work in the Real estate field par time to get my feet wet.Anyone ever taken a similar path in the Mass area?

I had all this in house at one point but I am in a very different stage in my career now.  

They would be able to earn from personally extending the trust and work in the situation- Sell the property, pay down the debts and holding the excess cash in reserve to launch your investing career from strength.Good luck on your journey, Shontae!
