How would I go about contacting someone interested in doing private money so that I could do a fix and flip with the assistance of a trusted family member/partner to monitor the projects (I can make trips home on the weekends to check progress)?

I want strong rents and I am unwilling to compromise much.  

If you are able to build a list you can JV/Partner/Consult with people who have vacant homes or places that need filled and make a small fee.

owner finance with short term balloons for someone who cannot substantiate very strong financials today is highly unlikely to pay you off.the only way I have had this happen.. is relative came up with the doughor in one case my lessee worked for a company that converted ownership to all employees and they got about 600k in stock which they sold and paid me off ( 300K) 

I grew up in a small town (NorCal), learned a strong work ethic being raised on a family farm and worked my way thru college doing construction work: commercial and residential plumbing primarily.  

Another way is partnering up and getting residential multifamily and then moving into commercial multifamily.

With over 100 people inattendance, I know raising capital and finding partners maybe isn’t asdifficult as I originally thought.
