Many successful realtors have overcome obstacles by investing in themselves and effective marketing strategies.

We had an internal beta program last year that was good but not perfect, it almost made it out of beta.We’re waiting for the hype to die down a bit and a clearer strategy to emerge before dumping a ton more effort into this.

The more skill and experience acquiring and managing properties you have the easier and more lucrative this strategy can be, and perhaps how you're seeing examples of people scaling quickly.I also don't see people have much luck asking for someone to mentor them in the forums.

@Grace SantosOn Tuesday May 14th we're hosting a meetup in LA which will feature a guest speaker, CPA Edward Markaryan, who will be going over Tax Strategies for Short Term Rental owners.

I never charged for mentoring, but I suspect 2 of my protégés would indicate my mentoring has been worth at least the $40k of the offered program as one has reached very good success and the other is on his way there.  

I'm curious about what everyone's strategies/opinions are regarding LLC's for their properties.

There may be a way to reach this destination in the nearer future that doesn't require 10+ paid off properties. 

We always offer to do strategy calls to go over numbers with our clients to take an objective approach on whether it makes sense to finance or not.
