Trying to find single family homes.

Grateful for all that has lead me to this point in life, creating generational wealth for my family, by finding value in myself!

The proposed changes (if implemented) would fundamentally change Single Family zoning in Reno, and could make the prospect of properties completely different here. 

unfortunately, with both rates and prices high, it is very, very difficult to cash flow, even in a low cost market.i understand that not everyone's personal / family situation permits them to house hack, but there's no better way to get started. 

The housing company is looking for a 6 month lease for a family who was displaced from their home and are looking for a 6 month lease.

In today’s market I am pencilling 10-15% as my expected return on single family homes.
