Listening to the podcasts, and reading the forums and books etc., has changed my mindset and with each listen or read it only increases away from the way I used to understand money. 

If I read correctly the seller will clear all the liens.

I have been reading the beginners guides, listening to podcasts, and just being a sponge and soaking up all the information and advice that comes my way.

I recently read "Note Investing Made Easier" by Martin Saenz. 

After listening to podcasts, reading a few books, and reading this blog,  I feel that I am ready to take that next big step. 

I have listened to almost every Bigger Pockets podcast, and have read multiple books on investing, and I am fully convinced RE is going to be my path to financial freedom.I currently own my own custom sock company (Ok Sock), so I am not locked down at a day job.With that being said, I am on the search for real, cold, hard experience.

Hello fellow bp members,Ok, I am a newbie but I spend my every waking day studying, listening to every podcast, reading every forum, in an effort to gain as much knowledge as possible.

I currently work In the RAN (Royal Australian Nay) but within the next 2 months i'm going back to my prior AMAZING job (which sadly pays a little less as an outdoor educational instructor) Eventually i'd like to get to a stage where i'm pocketing enough through investment properties that my day job's income doesn't really matter and i can continue working where i love.I have just finished reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide To Real Estate Investing which has given me plenty of ideas and as you can imagine even more questions.
