@Vince Campbell, do NOT waste your time and attention trying to sell an unfinished product. 

In addition with many business's slowing down production, new jobs at a loss and unemployment claims at an all time high I believe the worst and best is yet to come. 

You have flexibility to pay off in 15 years although I understand the interest rate higher in 30 year fix. 30, 20 and 15 year fix all the products are available under conventional loan.

The differences are: 1) "my" house has the additional 15 acres. 2) "my" house has 2 bathrooms~neighbor's house has one. 3) "my" house has a beautiful view of the valley.Erie PA has a slowly declining population.

If you want to be a productive realtor I would go with a larger brokerage that has the tools and training to help.
