For me, I am thinking that I will probably wait another couple of months and see how the political turmoil develops farther and how it effects the economy and real estate.

The contents inside the home were eerily untouched - food in the fridge (gross), clothes in the dressers, furniture, end tables, tools in the workshop, toys, shoes, etc.It took me and another guy a week to catalog everything and donate it all in the hopes I could perhaps write it off.  

So from the surface it seems like a rather viable investment opportunity.To the contrary townhouse association's are filled with political drama.

I also own a business and know that it is annoying sometimes when people come to me with ideas that would take lots of money and time to implement, I get it...So, with that here is my other idea.I just finished reading Tim Ferris book "Tools of the Titans" It is a summary of his 200 podcasts broken down into book form with some extra chapters sprinkled here and there on various topics. 

If you have the proper tools in place to where you can feel comfortable making a purchase knowing it will one day be in someone else's control, I'd go for it.
