I would encourage you to go ahead and STR the top unit.

So I can't comment other than at some point soon I would love to explore the STR platform.

We've seen interest from other remote work professionals and several individuals doing research work at OHSU as well - not just travel nurses, so that is encouraging. 

As a newbie to the self storage arena, I've been focusing on 50,000 sqft and under - some sort of value add (expansion, improved online platform, insurance, etc.) - priced under $1mm - drive up possibly with some parking - stable or growing population - limited chance of increased competition - good visibility - etc.

Which mail marketing platforms are the most effective?

I definitely think my STR exists in another stratosphere relative to my overall experience on the platform as a guest.

I like that it encouraged on time payments to receive credit, but it turned into a tracking nightmare quickly.
