Hi all, I have a vacation home cleaning service and property management company in Myrtle Beach SC. that I started last summer.

We fell in love with a small island town called Carolina Beach about 20 minutes from downtown, and daydreamed about one day buying a beach house.  

I began thinking about Florida properties, something on the beach, which will be desirable on websites like HomeAway and AirBnB.Very curious to get any sort of helpful advise from people that know much ,ore than I do on this topic.My approximate budget for a condo ... under 300k.Thank you.
