My group focuses mainly on industrial construction - oil/gas/chemical facilities, power plants, mines, dams, etc. - but the ability to manage clients, crews, schedules, budgets, contracts, and the like, is definitely applicable to many areas of REI.

I have a good rapport with many agents so I can talk candidly to them and find out what is going to get a deal done.Do not under estimate the power and knowledge of a good agent.  

Knowledge is power.

I live in California also heard that it would be wise to set up a corporation and Nevada and make it a partner with the LLCs.this sounds very overwhelming and not really sure what should be the first step and financially if it makes sense to do all that.

The education here is free and education is power.

Powers corridor is hot right now, and prices are higher than the rents justify, for the most part, IMO.

It's almost overwhelming where to start.

@Jason Roberts  you have the benefit of multi million dollar national add campaigns from the companies that sell training.. the focus of said training these days IS fix and flipI have been invited to 3 different national training company events in the last year I was over whelmed with folks who want to do JV deals... now its culling them out to pick the one's you want to work with.
