Hi allI recently signed up for Stessa Pro and having difficulty getting the properties and accounts set up right. 

I would say the quality of life here is high and so are the rents.

Looking forward to staying consistent & closing my first deal in the next 3-6 months.

We will renovate all 4 units and then rent the units out.

I purchased an apartment building in 2018 and I had Fidelity send over their boiler plate seller financing form as a Word doc and I just edited it.

This was a 6 year old business account the never posted anything besides promoting our real estate conference. 

A big trick is to do cosmetic updates to max out the rents, for example most deals I sell we raise rents a good 30-100% after paint, new counters, new flooring, paint/replace cabinets.
