I have been researching selling financing and master lease options and been trying figure out the best way to go about finding deals of this nature. 

Seems to me that I need to concern myself more with extracting as much value as possible out of the first few properties and not comfort.

I tried plugging in an extra $100 payment per month in it, but the interest savings start out at like only a few dollars each month.Shouldn't the interest saved on extra principal payments be drastically higher in the beginning due to the front-loaded nature of amortized loans?
